※Class Level: Low 1←→6 High

【Dance Basic】
First we stretch a little and then we work out to build muscle we need to have when we dance, like neck, chest, back, and whole body. We move our bodies gradually, and we move on to rhythm training. We learn really basic moves which we need for any kinds of dance.
This class is for really beginner. "Beginner" means the person who has dance experience less than 3 months. After finish taking this class, you can move on to next level classes in 3 months. (If you take class every week.)

【SOUL】
First 1/3 of the class time, we stretch and do rhythm training. After that, we enjoy learning basic soul moves and others. I use the music from 70's classics, or R&B, to go on to PANKING. You don't have to worry about your dance experience. Please come and take the class if you are interested in.

【LOCK】
One third of the class would be stretch and rhythm training. After these, we practice to dance lock staying in basic stuff, and sometime we add little developed materials. I hope some of my students would be popular lock dancer or instructor in future.

【KIDS】
Of course it is important to have fun in the class, but also it is important to progress. I expect all the kids eventually to join competetions or perform in TV show.
Plus, I always keep it in my mind to put some female instructors in the class. So it makes us possible to take care students individually, and it might affect good to them
as we build better relationship.
